Simple, fast, health.
What you'll need:
4 cups of fresh spinach washed
2 eggs mixed
2 tablespoons butter
What to do:
In a medium skillet heat butter on medium heat.
Saute spinach until wilted.
Transfer spinach to a plate.
Add eggs to the pan and cook to your liking.
Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
Be in health.
