Italian Salad

Here's what you'll need:


Salad:

1 head of your favorite lettuces chopped.

1 cup of tomatoes chopped

1 cucumber peeled and sliced

1 carrot grated


Dressing:

In a glass measuring cup measure 1/3 Braggs Vinegar.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and some ground pepper.

Whisk.

Add 2 cloves smashed garlic.

Pour in 2/3 cups olive oil.


Stir dressing and drizzle over salad.


Garlic is super healthy for HubbyHubby. It kills all kinds of bugs and as my grandmother says "it's good for the blood".

I keep HubbyHubby healthy with a nice veggie salad with garlic dressing.
