 Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

A peaceful morning is the best way to start the day.

Making 5 breakfasts and packing 5 lunches can be intense.


I wanted my family to have a good, hot, wholesome lunch without having to cook a full meal at 7:00 a.m.

The solution.... CrockPot Chicken.


Here's what you'll need:

1/2 cup red or white wine

1 onion pealed and sliced

White or sweet potatoes

Carrots

5 cloves garlic peeled and smashed

1 or 2 Chicken thighs per person in the family

Herbamare salt and seasoning mix.

If you don't have Herbamare you can use salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.


Here's what to do:

In the evening....

Season the chicken.

Add all the ingredients in order above to the crock pot.

Put the lid on and set the crock pot on low.


In the morning, whala! Hot yummy lunch for the thermos.
